These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kimmackymedium.com and all services offered by KIM MACKY LLC and KM Inc. ("Kim Macky," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, purchasing any service, or completing any booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Please read these terms carefully before completing any purchase or booking. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with any transaction or session.

1. Purchase Policy
All Sales Are Final. Payment in full is required at time of booking. All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed, for any reason without exception.

By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All session purchases — including Online, Video Call, Phone, and In-Person sessions — are non-refundable at time of purchase
Scheduled no-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled without an additional session purchase
Chargebacks are not permitted. Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice via email to Kim Macky. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session without credit or refund
Add-on purchases (Home Clearing, Additional Attendee) are subject to the same no-refund policy

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). KIM MACKY LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Prices in effect at the time of purchase are honored for that transaction.

2. Session Conduct and Standards

All sessions must be conducted with respect, integrity, and positive intention. By booking a session, you agree to engage with the work of Kim Macky, the energetic process, and any other participants with full respect and integrity.

Sessions are conducted privately and confidentially. All client information and session content is held in strict confidence by Kim Macky
Recording of sessions is permitted by the client for personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, or publication of session recordings in any format, on any platform, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from KIM MACKY LLC
Kim Macky reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if conduct is disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the integrity of the work. No refund will be issued in such circumstances
Sessions are for participants aged 18 and older unless written parental or guardian consent is provided in advance
3. Expectations and Results
Results cannot be guaranteed. Energy transformation work produces results that vary between individuals. No specific outcome, result, or experience can be promised or guaranteed.

Best results are achieved when sessions are entered with open hearts, clear intention, and a genuine willingness to receive. Client mindset, engagement, and integration practices play a role in outcomes.

The work offered by Kim Macky addresses energetic fields, subconscious patterns, and frequency-level disruptions. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other professional advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact appropriate professional services immediately.

Energy transformation sessions are a complementary modality and should not be used as a replacement for licensed professional care when such care is appropriate or necessary.

4. Mediumship and Specialty Sessions

For sessions involving mediumship or grief-related energy work, a minimum of 6 months from the time of passing is recommended before booking. This allows for the natural grieving process and ensures the energetic conditions are most conducive to the work.

Kim Macky reserves the right to decline or defer any session booking where the circumstances may not support the integrity or effectiveness of the work.

5. Regulatory Disclaimer
Regulatory Notice: In accordance with certain state regulations, all metaphysical, holistic, and energy-based services offered on this website and by KIM MACKY LLC are offered for entertainment purposes only. No specific outcomes, cures, treatments, or results are represented or implied.

By completing any purchase, booking, or session with Kim Macky, you agree to the following full and complete release of liability:

Kim Macky, KIM MACKY LLC, and KM Inc. are released from all liability and responsibility — legally, emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, and personally — arising from or related to any session, package, event, retreat, or service, including all content, insights, information, and experiences delivered therein.

This release applies to all persons, ideas, insights, information, research, cited publications, practitioners, collaborators, and communities related to or in conjunction with any creation, collaboration, or service provided by Kim Macky or KIM MACKY LLC.

Kim Macky is not liable for any decisions made by clients based on session content
Kim Macky is not liable for any emotional, psychological, physical, or financial outcomes following a session
The maximum liability of KIM MACKY LLC in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or service in question
This release is binding upon completion of any payment, whether full or partial
7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Kim Macky takes client privacy seriously. Personal information collected through this website — including name, email address, and any information shared in session inquiries or forms — is used solely for the purpose of providing and communicating about services.

Client personal information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond direct service delivery and communication
Session content is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without client consent, except as required by law
Client testimonials and reviews may be shared publicly only with explicit written permission from the client
You may request removal of your personal data at any time by contacting Kim Macky directly through the Contact page
